Each patron will be allowed 10 free, black and white copies and 4 free color copies per day. Copies made after that amount has been reached, will be $.10 per side for black & white and $.25 per side for color.

Danville Public Library Children's Storytime Mondays at 9:00 AM unless otherwise stated. Free and open to children ages 2-8 and their parents or caregiver.

A Veteran-led Book Discussion featuring "Mash" by Richard Hooker
Monday, May 20, 2024 from 4-6pm at St. Luke Community Center, 7 West Rambo Street, Danville. Free and open to the public.
To commemorate Memorial Day, the Danville Public Library is hosting a special, Veteran-led book discussion of the 1968 classic, MASH: A Novel About Three Army Doctors, written by Richard Hooker. Set during the Korean War, the book follows the 4077th Mobile Army Surgical Hospital, known as MASH, as they care for the injured and use humor to escape from the horror and depression of war. Join special guest veterans: Darryl Jewell, Air Force NSA; Paul Belts, retired Marine- Korean War; Tom Wise, Airborne Army- Vietnam; and Dan Price, Army- 25th Infantry Division Tropic Lightning. Book discussion will be led by Darryl Jewell and Rose Sebouhian. |
