Here are common reasons that websites are blocked

The name of the website, the URL , the server IP address, or explicit links from the web page you are trying to view.

Pictures that are on the main page of the website, if they are named inappropriately the page will be blocked.

If the server that the page you are trying to view is associated with pornographic or inappropriate websites, all pages will be blocked.
